Rammstein – Latest DVD Production „Völkerball“ wants to tie up to success of „Live in Berlin“ and „Lichtspielhaus“

The project included the production of a concert DVD 9 as well as a second DVD 5 with the documentaries „Anakonda im Netz“ and a “Making of”. The DVD 5 is subtitled in Russian, English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Japanese and German. The two documentaries reveal what keeps the “Rammstein flame” alive. “Anakonda Im Netz“ shows interviews with all members of the band and Emanuel Fialik, the band manager. The material presents

Mathilde Bonnefoy was accounting for the direction and cutting of the Rammstein documentary. In the past she worked a couple of times as cutter for famous Tom Tykwer and Wim Wenders.

As interesting is the second documentary by the band guitarist Paul Landers “Reise, Reise: Das Making Of des Albums". It shows in a very informal way the live with the band colleagues and producer Jacob Hellner.

The concert DVD includes four live concerts because of the release of the album “Reise, Reise”. The highlight is a one and a half concert recording in the fantastic location of an roman amphitheater in Nimes, France. Additional concerts on the DVD include shows from Brixton, Japan and an open air in Moscow.

Syrinx was responsible for the project management of the „Völkerball“ DVD production, for the subtitles, the tracking, the pre-mastering and the testing. The DVD is sold world-wide and was therefore produced in PAL and NTSC.
