„Superstar“ Hype in Switzerland

The Swiss casting show „Superstar“ is presented by the newly established Swiss TV channel „3+“. The premiere of the new show format was in October 2006.

„Superstar“ presents the Switzerland castings from locations like Zurich, Bern, Basel and Lucerne as well as the re-calls in the first shows. Following, the winners of the preliminary rounds will train in the Superstar Camp, they will live together in a flat share and as highlight of every show will present their performances before a jury and the audience. The audience then will decide which candidate will stay and who has to go home.

At the final live show event it will be decided who will be the „3+“ Superstar. He or she will receive not only a record contract and a video clip recording but also a live performance at the “Hallenstadion” in front of 12.000 people at the „Energy Stars for Free“ concert.

Syrinx is responsible for the multi-track audio recording and live mixing of band and singers at the casting show in Zurich and at the final show event.
