A co-production of our studio partner Ivo Mohring (ALANA Productions) as composer and music producer together with Philipp von Kap-herr (SELECTFILM) as director.
The Blu-ray disc has 5 audio tracks: the "normal" formats Stereo and 5.1 surround, 7.1 (music, i.e. with 2 additional back speakers), and the special formats 7.1-3D (the back speakers turn into higher placed additional front speakers, in order to add hight impression as third dimension) and Headphone Surround 3D, in which 13 virtual speaker positions fit into a single stereo signal, by use of diverse psychoacoustic effects.
As part of the bonus material there's a speaker set-up verification test-tool. One may perceive under headphone 13 discrete virtual speaker positions here. The spaciousness in music is highly impressive. Congratulations to Tom Ammermann (MO'VISION) on those beautiful surround mixes.
SYRINX did the Blu-ray and DVD authoring, as well as a new version of the audio test-tool. What seems to be straight forward on the first view, turns out to be quite complex, due to the 4 language structure of the discs. The Bu-ray disc ends up with the impressive number of 430 buttons.
